All Dried Up: This Abortion Clinic Will Stop Killing Babies in 2018

Planned Parenthood in the city of Bettendorf, Iowa, will no longer kill unborn babies, starting in 2018.

Lawmakers blocked Medicaid funds to clinics in Iowa that kill the unborn. This Planned Parenthood employee called it “devastating” that taxpayers will no longer foot the bill to discard inconvenient unborn children.

Life News reported that Iowa will close four abortion clinics. The state could end up closing the soon-to-be-former one in Bettendorf as well.

More good news: the Trump administration has blocked almost $1 million from going to Planned Parenthood’s so-called sex education program in Iowa. An excerpt:

Planned Parenthood says it does not use tax dollars to perform abortions, but it’s pretty evident that it uses our tax dollars to prop up its deadly abortion business.

If our tax dollars paid only the light bill, we’re still facilitating abortions.

Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the United States, aborting more than 300,000 unborn babies every year. But according to its annual reports, Planned Parenthood also enjoyed about half a billion dollars in taxpayer funding annually under pro-abortion President Barack Obama.

While Congress have yet to pass legislation defunding the abortion chain of a large chunk of that money, many state and federal pro-life leaders are working on other ways to cut its funding. For example, this summer, the U.S. Health and Human Services Department announced heavy cuts to grants that Planned Parenthood received to help people sign up for Obamacare.
