Gunman Who Shot Congressman at Baseball Field Asked Whether Republicans or Democrats Were Practicing – UPDATE

Sources reported that a man asked whether a group of lawmakers practicing baseball in Alexandria, Virginia, were Republicans or Democrats before shooting at them with a rifle.

One of the shots hit Rep. Steve Scalise, a Republican, and he’s been airlifted to a hospital. The man wounded others, including two Capitol Police officers.

The man apparently doesn’t like Republicans. Police said he’s in custody. The police shot and wounded him.

Is this part of the violent political climate liberals created? It’s a good thing Americans can defend themselves and others with guns of their own.

Is this only the beginning of anti-Trump fueled violence? If so, it’s going to be a bloodbath.
