WATCH: Teachers Forced to Fund Union Dues Used for Political Donations

A group of teachers in California is suing the state’s largest teachers’ union for using their dues for political donations. And you know the kind of candidates and issues these unions support.

Fox News‘s Tucker Carlson spoke with teacher and lead plaintiff in Friedrichs v. California Teachers, Rebecca Friedrichs. She said teachers have to pay these fees as a condition of employment, and that the unions also oppose school choice.

  1. I was told that I could not work if I didn’t join the union in Georgia in the early 80’s. Georgia was a right to work state at the time. I stated that I did not want any of my dues to got to fund any candidates. Of course, they went to fund Jimmy Carter’s and cronies campaigns.
