In case you missed last week’s ginned up controversy, former mayor Rudy Giuliani said this at a private event:
“I do not believe, and I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that the president loves America.”
After the usual backlash, Giuliani wrote an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal to clarify:
“Irrespective of what a president may think or feel, his inability or disinclination to emphasize what is right with America can hamstring our success as a nation. This is particularly true when a president is seen, as President Obama is, as criticizing his country more than other presidents have done, regardless of their political affiliation.”
Love is subjective. What’s more important is the will to protect Americans from their enemies and put our interests first.
If you want to know what someone really believes, pay more attention to his behavior than his words. A reasonable, politically aware person can come to a reasonable conclusion that President Barack Obama doesn’t seem too concerned about what’s best for Americans.
Just to name two big issues…circumventing Congress to grant amnesty to illegal aliens, at the expense of law-abiding Americans, refusing to even name the enemy, while at the same time citing “Christian” wrongs from the past to deflect from present-day Muslims beheading and burning people alive in the name of Allah — does this sound like a man who seeks to protect this great country of ours?
While I’m not a fan of children getting tangled up in politics in support of either side of the aisle, I’ve posted the video above so readers can judge for themselves. Twelve-year-old CJ Pearson defends Guiliani and explains why he believes the president doesn’t love America.

What an amazing young man. God bless you for having the wherewithal to call out Barry. It is about time someone did. I call him Barry because he is neither a friend of America nor anyone to be respected. When he stands before The Lord God Almighty he will be judged. I hear it is really hot in hell for people that put FALSE gods before God. Allah is already in hell waiting for you. Spoiler alert, you do not get to go to paradise and have all these virgins. So put on your big boy pants Barry and stop hiding your muslim garb and just leave America since you DO NOT “love” American.
That video gave me renewed hope and inspiration. The Liberty Cell has been condemning Obama for years, primarily because of his adherence to Muslim and socialisitic values. Thank you, young Mr. Pearson! Mr. Warren has it right!
“Thank y’all.” Young man with a plan? 12 years old….it was still Batman and Robin, Superman, The Flash, The Lone Ranger, etc., comic books for me! Could not have come close to naming the president at that time, never mind make some ‘cogent’ statement about him. 😉 Excellent, Mr. Pearson – if I’m still kickin’, you’ve got my vote!
What a mature young man with well defined values. I believe him to be super ambitious and who knows; perhaps we will see him in the not too distant future helping to reshape this country into what it should be; a culture that respects hard work and honesty versus gaming the system for votes and popularity. It is a stretch but young people like this just may be the answer. enough with the trophy awards for everyone. Not everyone deserves a trophy. This young man however, does.

Wow. What a motivational speaker! He doesn’t sound like a typical 12 year old; that was meant as a compliment. I’d rather have this young man as president than Obama.
