President Barack Obama does what liberals do. No surprise. He recently equated what blacks fought for during the civil rights era with his party’s present-day quest to grant amnesty to people who’ve entered and remained in the country illegally. It’s worth mentioning the same party that disregards the rights of and what’s best for law-abiding Americans was the same party that fight tooth and nail to keep Jim Crow.
Why black liberals seem to have no problem with their skin color being equated with breaking U.S. law (or sexual behavior) is a mystery.
Fox News‘s Neil Cavuto pointed out the obvious differences between what happened then and what’s happening now and why it’s offensive.
Deneen Borelli, Director of Outreach at FreedomWorks, called the president’s comparison outrageous. He’s exploiting that era to push his agenda.
“What he’s doing is distracting from his illegal executive action for immigration…and also the fact that a judge has issued an injunction against his action.”
