Speaking for the Unborn

Over 40 years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court declared that women have a right of privacy in the U.S. Constitution to kill their unborn children before they’re able to live outside the womb. Of course, there’s no such language or concept in our founding document.

Since then, abortionists have killed over 50 million voiceless and vulnerable human beings, whose right to live was snatched away.

Every year on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade (1973), pro-lifers march to commemorate these deaths and to advocate for the unborn. The March for Life organization will hold a conference on Thursday, January 21, at the Renaissance Washington hotel in the nation’s capital, beginning at 9 a.m.,

The march itself is scheduled for Friday, January 22, at 1 p.m. Pro-lifers will meet afterward outside the Supreme Court to hear such speakers as Carly Fiorina, Rep. Chris Smith, State Sen. Katrina Jackson, Focus on the Family’s Jim Daly, and former abortion advocate Jewels Green. 

The Center for Medical Progress’s (CMP) recent undercover video sting of Planned Parenthood renewed calls for the U.S. Congress to block taxpayer funds from going to the abortion mill. Planned Parenthood has filed suit against the CMP, alleging wire fraud, mail fraud, invasion of privacy, illegal secret recording, and trespassing. Director Dan Daleiden said, “Game on.”

Hillary Clinton opposes the Hyde amendment, which bars abortion funding through Medicaid. In other words, she believes women should be allowed to kill their own children, and taxpayers should pay for their deaths.

The call to protect the unborn and bar taxpayers from funding abortion mills like Planned Parenthood is more urgent than ever.
