…if he’s not doing so already.
Dr. Ben Carson surprised many when he endorsed Donald Trump for the GOP presidential nomination shortly after he dropped out of the race. When protesters disrupted Trump’s campaign in Chicago, Dr. Carson warned that the rioting could get worse if the other candidates didn’t stand up for Trump’s First Amendment rights.
Now the doctor has some advice for Trump.
“I would say read the Bible and pray and learn how to put yourself in other people’s shoes. That’s what did it for me. As many people know, I used to have a pretty horrible temper. I came to understand that the temper that it takes to stab another youngster, that to lash out at people, was not a sign of strength but rather a sign of weakness…Just because somebody does something to us, you don’t have to jump up and down…For him, it’s a matter of just switching over to his normal persona as opposed to ‘The Apprentice’ persona.”
Trump seems more riled up than ever after Sen. Ted Cruz swept the delegates in Colorado. Will he follow Dr. Carson’s advice?
