WATCH: Why Does This Man Still Have a Government Security Clearance?

Why would a former government employee keep his security clearance and access to classified material? Change the rules. Some former Obama administration officials have kept their secret government clearances, which gives them access to sensitive material.

Stripping former employees of a security clearance should be a matter of course, not debate.

Senator Rand Paul would agree, at least where former CIA director John Brennan is concerned. (Brennan once voted for a Communist party candidate.)

“This is one of the most powerful people in the world who has the ability to destroy anybody in the world,” Sen. Paul said, “and gain information on anything you do, any American, any foreigner, the head of the CIA. And yet, with all that power he was coming to work each day with a bias and a hatred of the president. It should worry us all.”

Brennan, a director of the spy agency from March 2013 to January 2017, appears on cable news shows as a “senior national security and intelligence analyst,” and he clearly doesn’t like his president.

The Conservative Review’s Deneen Borelli makes the case why Brennan’s security clearance should be revoked. If he heard what Borelli had to say, he definitely wouldn’t like it.
