Sixteen female athletes have filed a lawsuit in Georgia against the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for discrimination and depriving them of their Title IX right to equal opportunity and fair competition in sports.
The NCAA participates in the mockery of allowing men pretending to be women to compete against women.
Men, as every human being on the planet knows, generally are stronger, taller, larger, and faster than women. They have larger hearts and greater lung capacity. They have more muscle mass than women. Testosterone gives men a huge physical advantage. If one man is running against women in a track meet, for example, the women are competing for second place. The man knows it, and the women know it.
Concerned Women for America (CWFA) announced the lawsuit.
Among the plaintiffs is Young Women for America (YWA) ambassador and 31-time All-American swimmer, Kylee Alons, who competed in the 100-yard freestyle with Lia Thomas, a biological male, in the 2022 NCAA championships.
According to CWFA, Alons had to change in a storage closet after the competition because she didn’t want to change in front of a man.
“The NCAA did not protect me or my fellow swimmers or even warn us of what to expect,” she said. “My privacy and safety were being violated in the locker room. Even if Thomas wasn’t in there, I felt I had to have some sort of privacy.”
The man calling himself Lia won the NCAA women’s swimming championship in 2022. He easily beat the women in the 500-yard freestyle race. He tied for fifth place with the outspoken defender of women’s sports, Riley Gaines, in the 200-yard freestyle because he threw the race. He also threw the 100-yard race.
In my opinion, Thomas allowed women to win those races because he knew how worse it would look to leave them in the dust during every race.
Georgia Tech, which hosted the competition, is also named in the lawsuit.
The NCAA nominated Thomas “Woman of the Year” in 2022. But it got worse. Riley Gaines, one of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, went off after ESPN last year honored Thomas during a segment called “Celebrating Women’s History.” She wrote on X:
“Lia Thomas is not a brave, courageous woman who EARNED a national title. He is an arrogant, cheat who STOLE a national title from a hardworking, deserving woman. The @ncaa is responsible. If I was a woman working at ESPN, I would walk out. You’re spineless @espn.”
