Biden is WRONG to Support Supreme Court Reforms — He’s Desperate

Joe Biden is desperately clinging to power, throwing out ideas to see what sticks to the wall.

Progressives in Congress have rallied around him when others are asking him to drop out of the race. Biden recently proposed some policy initiatives that far left lawmakers love.

“The most notable idea is transformation of the federal courts, especially the U.S. Supreme Court, Star Parker said on Straight Arrow News.

“For decades, progressives have used the courts and executive branch agencies to advance a policy agenda they couldn’t enact through Congress or most state legislatures,” she said. “They have imposed a massive regulatory regime, radical gender ideology that allows biological men to compete in women’s sports, and mandates that prevent parents from being informed about school curriculums and major decisions in their children’s lives.”

But leftists don’t like what the Supreme Court is doing now: returning authority to Congress and the states.

“Progressive elites have expressed outrage against the Court as their ability to impose a progressive agenda on American society has been constrained,” Star said.

Biden wants to pack the high court. Leftists have introduced legislation to increase the number of Supreme Court justices from nine to 13.

The Judiciary hangs in the balance, Star said. Watch her full segment below or at Straight Arrow News.

  1. Instead of trying to Pack the Supreme Court, Biden should start Packing his bags! He will leaving the White House on or before January 20th.

  2. The left probably wants the court at 13 so they can hold a coven
The Marxist Democrats always fail to realize that these preposterous schemes they present, if adopted, may very well work against them in the future.
I guess that once they give illegal aliens voting rights they will stay in power for life.

  3. Merdies R. Hayes

Anywhere from six to nine justices have presided since 1789 (3.9 million U.S. population) to 341.8 million citizens today. It’s time to expand the Supreme Court.
