Don’t Cancel Student Loan Debt — Cancel the Student Loan Bailout!

Do you oppose Biden’s student loan “forgiveness” scheme that will cost hard-working taxpayers?

Heritage Action for America has created a public comment portal so you can let the Biden administration know where you stand on the bailout.

Just as the Biden administration redefines the word “sex” to include sexual orientation and “gender identity,” Heritage Action said the administration redefines “loan” and “debt” to be a “grant” and “gift.”

This is unacceptable and unfair to the American taxpayer, especially those who’ve paid off their student loans. From Heritage Action for America:

Secretary Cardona is knowingly ignoring the limited authority Congress gives the Secretary of Education to manage student debt, and taking action the Supreme Court has ruled must be taken through an act of Congress.

If you want to challenge this regulation, please submit a public comment on the portal by May 17th.

“This is one of the most effective ways of fighting back against the administrative state,” Heritage Action for America said. “Rules have been delayed and even rescinded when met with enough opposition.”
