18-Year-Old Man Exposed Himself to Freshman Girls in Locker Room — Biden Administration Agrees to Open Civil Rights Investigation

An 18-year-old man in the Sun Prairie Area School District in Wisconsin exposed himself to four freshman girls in the girls’ locker room.

This adult male was pretending to be a woman, so he assumed he could get away with showering in front of minors. But the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) filed a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) in the U.S. Department of Education.

WILL announced that the department has opened a Title IX investigation:

WILL claimed in our complaint that SPASD discriminated against four freshman girls on the basis of sex. SPASD locker room use policies fail to protect students because they lack clarification about how, when, and where males and females can use locker rooms in the district.

WILL said the school district failed to comply with federal law after the incident was reported but instead asked for a pre-payment of about $11,000 before responding fully to the open-records request.

Cory Brewer, WILL Associate Counsel, said that her organization applauds the Biden administration for investigating the incident “but we all need to wait and see if they take this as seriously as they should.”

Beware the Biden administration.

The administration has redefined the word “sex” in federal law to include sexual orientation and “gender identity,” without a word from Congress, bolstering its position by citing the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County (2020). The conservative-majority court ruled that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects employees against discrimination based on sexual orientation and “gender identity.”

Although the issue was employment discrimination, the administration has applied the ruling to educational institutions.

Surely the so-called rights of a delusional or disingenuous man (it really doesn’t matter which) don’t trump the rights of girls to their privacy, safety, and sense of modesty? Any rational person with an ounce of decency would agree that a man exposing himself to girls in this way is disgusting.
