Federal Oversight of People’s Health is ‘Unprecedented’

Roger Servino, lawyer and senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, recently appeared on Cure America with Star Parker to discuss Biden’s vaccine mandate. He said this level of government oversight is “unprecedented, especially at the federal level.”

The government cites regulations on workplace health and safety as its authority to force employers to require vaccines. Servino contrasted employees having to wear hard hats at construction sites with requiring businesses to get involved with the medical decision-making of employees outside the workplace — unprecedented.

The president does not have the authority to order this.
