Deneen Borelli told Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to come and get her after the lawmaker asked in a tweet on Friday:
“Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future.”
Conservatives interpreted these comments as something straight out of the Communism playbook, urging leftists to make a list of conservative dissenters in an effort to intimidate.
“Put me first on your list of President Trump supporters that you want to hold responsible for defending the president,” Borelli said. “Your Communist enemies list doesn’t scare me one bit.”
