Let us pray: How will Trump respond to God’s laws and the cry of innocent blood during the remainder of his presidency?
We in the pro-life movement are rejoicing over the release of our pro-life brothers and sisters who have been languishing in federal prison. Thank you, President Trump!
The Biden administration, with the support of the Democrat Party, has used the government to jail, intimidate, and harass more Americans than any other presidential administration in modern times.
President Bill Clinton and the Democrats in 1994 set the persecution of pro-lifers in motion by passing the “Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrance” (FACE Act) in 1994. Biden used this godless law to attack his pro-life political opponents during his wretched presidency.
One of the more visible pro-life activists jailed was Bevelyn Williams. Thank God, she has been pardoned and is being released from prison, along with 22 other pro-life victims of the Democrat’s abuse of power. These pardons are necessary in his ambition to make America great.
President Trump is being closely observed by pro-life Americans during the first year of his presidency on every issue related to the sanctity of life and the pro-life movement as a political ally.
The pro-life community was stunned, heartbroken, and justifiably angry with President Trump’s surprising change against the GOP’s platform on child killing and same-sex marriage. Trump’s pardon of Mrs. Williams and the other pro-life victims who were imprisoned under the FACE Act sends a positive message to the pro-life community who supported him from 2016 until now.
For his next immediate step, President Trump should stand with Congressman Chip Roy, who, on Tuesday, January 21, introduced legislation to repeal the FACE Act that was used to put pro-life Americans in prison by a federal government weaponized by President Joe Biden.
President Trump has an arduous task ahead of him. His vision to “Make America Great Again” will not happen unless he protects the lives of innocent babies, restores the legal definition of marriage, and protects our children — and adults — from transgender madness.
Attempting to make America great without addressing these social and moral issues is like trying to put the Los Angeles fires out with a glass of water.
Our nation’s moral conduct on these biblical issues offends God. He is not pleased with our moral debauchery, and we can only expect His help if we respond to His law and the cry of innocent blood.
Let us pray President Trump ultimately converts to God’s heart on these issues. Perhaps more importantly, let those of us in the pro-life movement, in the church of our Lord Jesus Christ, and especially those of us in spiritual leadership, provide the example he needs and the loyal opposition he deserves if he fails to do the right thing.
He is an intelligent man, even if he is not spiritual. If he sees that we are indeed paving the way to ending these abominations, he will help us. But if we continue to be anemic cowards, we will bear just as much guilt as President Trump for our failure to hear and obey God’s voice.
