A Pro-Life PAC Just Launched a $500,000 Campaign to Fact-Check Kamala Harris and the Democrats on Abortion Blame Game

Two women in Georgia recently died of complications from drugs they took to induce abortions. Kamala Harris and all the rest of the abortion advocates actually blamed the state legislature for their deaths, rather than the dangerous drugs they ingested.

But pro-lifers are determined to hold leftists accountable for their lies. Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) announced that its partner, Women Speak Out PAC, will launch a $500,000 TV and digital ad campaign to set the record straight. Harris and her fellow pro-abortion Democrats are deceiving people about what killed those women.

Georgia outlaws abortion after six weeks, but pregnant women who need emergency care, including for miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies, receive that care. Democrats are lying when they claim otherwise. Here’s a video from the campaign.

From SBA:

The ad will reach cable and broadcast markets including Atlanta, Augusta, Macon and Savannah, while digital ads will also reach target voters.

“Democrats led by Kamala Harris are lying about pro-life laws and women are dying,” said SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “Amber Thurman and Candi Miller died after they suffered complications from dangerous abortion drugs and did not receive appropriate, completely legal emergency care.

SBA said that Governor Brian Kemp’s office has condemned Democrats for misinforming people and “fostering a culture of fear and confusion.”

What Democrats don’t want to talk about is this: abortion drugs are dangerous.

“Abortion drugs are associated with significantly higher rates of severe or critical ED visits compared to surgical abortions and live births,” according to SBA. “In September 2022, 24-year-old mother Alyona Dixon – a Nevada resident – died of sepsis less than a week after seeking a drug-induced abortion at Planned Parenthood.”

According to Guttmacher’s interactive map of abortion across the country, women in Nevada can kill their babies up to 24 weeks. Pro-life attorneys general urged the FDA to reverse its decision to eliminate in-person distribution of these drugs.

“Abortion drug complications are sorely underreported to the FDA – only 5% are reported,” the SBA said. “From 2020-2022, a handful of states reported 1,004 complications while the FDA reported just 17.”
