Rep. Bill Patmon, an Ohio state representative and a Democrat, has co-authored a bill that would block state funding to the abortion mill known as Planned Parenthood.
Rep. Patmon spoke at a pro-life rally last week at the Ohio statehouse. The father of four and grandfather of six said he would have been a “prime candidate” for Planned Parenthood. His pregnant mother, who had only an eighth grade education and a desire to succeed, chose to protect him rather than get rid of him.
(He doesn’t like the term African American, either. “I’m an American…No need for any adjectives.”)
Rep. Patmon noted the abortion disparity among black women and called out the “black lives matter” crowd.
“Well, they skipped one place,” he said. “They should be in front of Planned Parenthood.”
