Dr. Ben Carson has moved ahead of Donald Trump in certain polls. Both of these men are political outsiders. Is that what accounts for their high poll numbers?
Star Parker recently appeared with a panel of guests on the Fox Business Network to discuss the issue. Republican primary voters are “consolidating behind the outsiders because they’re looking for something new,” she said.
People want to change Washington, and who better to do it than people who haven’t made political office a career? Star added that Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio are also rising in the polls.
