On Thursday, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will testify before a congressional committee about the September 11, 2012, attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. Islamic terrorists murdered and injured people at two U.S. diplomatic compounds. Clinton will also face questions about her e-mails.
Republicans take issue with how the U.S. State Department investigated the attacks and whether security was up to par beforehand.
Star Parker recently appeared on a Fox Business panel to discuss Clinton’s upcoming appearance. She said it’s time for us to find out what Clinton and others responsible were doing, why Clinton had a private server as Secretary of State, and what happened to those e-mails.
One of the panelists said the Clintons have weathered so many of these kinds of storms. Star attributes this to their Big Government agenda. Get people hooked on the drug, and they keep coming back. They don’t care about what the dealer is doing or what kind of person he or she might be.
Unless there’s a indictment…right?
Star said this hearing is about more than just Benghazi.
“This is about every single one of us that travels abroad. If your country cannot protect you, if you’re making calls out and…not getting a response, this is very, very serious.”
Host Maria Bartiromo said that Ambassador Chris Stevens had asked for more security before the attacks, and there was a reluctance to provide it. Why?
