The Wall Street Journal interviewed a panel of eight black voters in Georgia to discuss issues like why they voted for Barack Obama and why they voted for President Donald Trump.
One of the questions asked was whether political correctness has gone too far.
During his campaign, President Trump asked black voters what they had to lose by voting for him.
One voter said he didn’t vote for President Trump “because he had couth” or “because he had etiquette.” He wanted “a bull in a china shop…a gangster.”
Perhaps Trump’s force of personality appeals to black Americans.
These voters provide insight into so-called voter suppression, whether “the white man” is trying to hold blacks down, and other issues.
