What Do Low-Income Families Need to Own Their Lives?

Star Parker recently attended the National Religious Broadcasters convention, Proclaim 16, in Nashville, Tennessee. In one of several interviews she did while at the convention, she talked about what low-income families involved in so-called anti-poverty programs need to own and take control of their lives.
