Here is What Voters Wanted — And Trump Will Try to Get it For Them

This is a Straight Arrow News episode you don’t want to miss!

Star Parker talked about President-elect Donald Trump’s numbers in the recent election.

“Donald Trump assembled a broad coalition of support and made significant inroads with Hispanics, young people, Catholic voters,” she said. “He received about three times as much support from young and middle-aged blacks as he did from older black voters. And we’re still looking for the numbers to see if he doubled what he had in 2020. Despite running against a female candidate who relentlessly pressed the abortion issue, Trump won a higher percentage of support from women than he did in 2020. President Trump ran strong with low- and middle-income, working-class voters.”

These voters, insulted and disrespected by leftist elites, want affordable groceries, better job opportunities, secure borders, lower crime, and more emphasis on personal responsibility. Even voters in southern California are tired of crime.

President-elect Trump has a lot on his plate. Our public policy should reflect what Americans want. Let’s put our differences aside, Star said, and advance an agenda that creates greater opportunity for all Americans.
