Riley Gaines continues to stand up for women and push back against the “transgender” agenda that seeks to cheat women of fairness in sports, which federal law is supposed to guarantee.
A University of Kentucky graduate, Gaines was a member of the women’s swim team. In the NCAA championship, she competed against a man calling himself Lia Thomas. He won the championship, and the NCAA subsequently nominated him for “woman” of the year.
Gaines, an advisor for Independent Women’s Voice testified before a Senate committee this week to share her experiences and to oppose rewriting federal law to allow men to compete on women’s sports teams.
She and other female swimmers shared a locker room with Thomas. The NCAA cared nothing about their discomfort and even made them feel guilty about being uncomfortable. Gaines said some girls changed in the janitor’s closet to avoid undressing in front of a man.
It’s not transphobic to say that men and women are biologically different!

It should go without saying that it’s not “transphobic” to believe women deserve respect, as Gaines testified. But the first thing we need to do is take back the language.
Leftists use words like “transphobic” or “homophobic” to put us on the defensive and explain why we are not phobic. We must refuse to even acknowledge these words, used as slurs to make us feel shame.
Instead of responding directly to the accusation, we must ignore these buzzwords, make them feel ashamed for trampling on our rights, and remain focused on our arguments: the homosexual lobby seeks to destroy everything we uphold as good and to groom children in the process, and we will not go quietly or prostrate ourselves before their false gods.
