The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) has released another undercover video, despite founder David Daleiden facing felony charges of invasion of privacy and recording individuals without permission.

Daleiden and his colleague Sandra Merritt were indicted by a Texas grand jury for tampering with a government document and attempting to buy the body parts of aborted babies. The prosecutor eventually dropped all charges.

But prosecutors in California charged the two with related crimes last Wednesday. Even the leftist Los Angeles Times called the felony charges “overreach.”

Featured in the newly released undercover video is DeShawn Taylor, who kills unborn babies up to 24 weeks. She jokes about the strength it requires to remove the dead baby’s dismembered body from the womb with forceps.

Taylor said that when a baby comes out alive, “we’re supposed to transport it. To the hospital.”

The operative asked if there’s a standard procedure for verifying signs of law.

“Well, the thing is,” Taylor said, “I mean the key is, you need to pay attention to who’s in the room, right?”

Did Taylor imply that following the law depends on who witnesses the incident?

Daleiden said in a statement:

“This footage shows a longtime Planned Parenthood abortion doctor willing to sell baby parts for profit, use criminal abortion methods to get more intact body parts, and even cover up infanticide. This doctor was trained by Planned Parenthood’s Senior Director of Medical Services, and encouraged by her to participate in the fetal body parts market. This footage is just a preview of the damning and incriminating admissions of Planned Parenthood leaders on our further unreleased tapes, being censored by an unconstitutional gag order from a federal judge in San Francisco.

“The only difference between Planned Parenthood’s barbaric abortion business, and that of the notorious Dr. Kermit Gosnell, is that Gosnell was not so careful as to ‘pay attention to who’s in the room.’ Elected officials must stop forcing taxpayers to subsidize Planned Parenthood’s criminal abortion business, and the Department of Justice must immediately open a full investigation and prosecute Planned Parenthood to the fullest extent of the law.”
