We know that mainstream media is biased against conservatives, and most don’t try to hide it.
CBS, for instance, is obviously trying to prop up Kamala Harris’s campaign.
“This raises serious questions about journalistic ethics and election interference,” Star Parker said in a recent episode of Straight Arrow News.
Star talked about Harris’s interview on “60 Minutes,” which she considers the most serious example of this bias. CBS promoted the interview with a clip of Bill Whitaker asking her whether Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s prime minister, was listening to the Biden-Harris administration’s demands that Israel show more military restraint.
“Well, Bill, the work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen in that region,” Harris said.
Star called the respond a word salad answer and said that CBS didn’t even broadcast the response but cut and pasted in a more succinct response from a different part of the interview. Despite requests, CBS has not released the unedited version of the interview.
“Voters deserve straight news and transparency from the media,” Star said, “not misleading reporting and that selective editing. We don’t need that to prop up their favorite candidate. No wonder so many do not trust mainstream media today.”
