This Legal Organization Just Opened an Investigation — Why is the CDC Encouraging Government Schools to Indoctrinate Children with ‘Transgender’ Ideology?

America First Legal (AFL) wants to hold government bureaucrats accountable.

The CDC released a document called “LGBTQ Inclusivity in Schools: A Self-Assessment Tool,” which encourages teachers, school board leaders, support staff, health services staff, etc., to push “transgender” ideology on minors.

AFL said the document “openly embraces radical transgender ideology and provides a ‘self-assessment tool’ for teachers and administrators to use to determine their inclusivity score.”

Is the federal government putting pressure on schools to achieve a better “inclusivity score” by pushing this agenda…and contrary to the wishes of many parents?

AFL has filed a Freedom of Information Act request to find out how this document was produced. AFL has asked for all records and communications between the CDC and employee(s) of the following homosexual advocacy groups during a specific time frame: the Southern Poverty Law Center, the so-called Human Rights Campaign, GLAAD, PFLAG, and the Trans Student Educational Resources.

The document cites liberal activist organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center and Human Rights Campaign and encourages teachers to put up “visual labels” such as rainbow flags, pink triangles, and have unisex bathrooms so that children will know that the classroom is “a safe space for LGBTQ students.”

It also encourages teachers to include material that is “LGBTQ inclusive” within their curriculum and supporting materials.

“America’s public schools have been captured by special interests that are turning them away from their core mission of teaching academics, and towards a new mission of social indoctrination that interferes with parents’ fundamental constitutional right to direct the upbringing of their children,” AFL senior advisor Ian Prior said.
