America is the Home of Systemic Opportunity, Not Systemic Racism

T.W. Shannon, an Oklahoma Transportation Commissioner, gave the keynote speech at the Center for Urban Renewal and Education’s policy summit last month.

Shannon said that leftists are trying to give America a new identity, that we’re no longer the land of the free and home of the brave but the home of “systemic racism.” Wrong. We’re the home of “systemic opportunity.”
