Biden-Harris Abortion Pill Disinformation Puts Women in Danger

Democrats blamed Georgia’s pro-life law on the death of two women who took pills that induce abortions. Kamala Harris quickly turned her eye toward Donald Trump.

“Georgia’s law protects unborn children when there is a detectable human heartbeat, but provides several exceptions, including when a physician determines that a medical emergency exists or to remove a dead unborn child,” Star Parker said on Straight Arrow News.

Star said that no state in the country penalizes women who get abortions. But Democrats spread false claims that they do.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved abortion drugs in 2000 when Bill Clinton was in office. Women had to be seen by a doctor in person. Under these heightened standards, women had to take the pills in a medical facility.

“But in 2021, the Biden-Harris administration weakened those safety standards by allowing abortion pills to be dispensed through the mail and providing that women don’t have to see a medical professional at any point,” Star said. Had the two women in Georgia taken the pill under the previous standards, perhaps they’d be alive today.
