Big Tech: ‘If They Want to Censor Us, They Can’

Jon Schweppe, Director of Policy and Government Affairs for American Principles Project, recently appeared on Cure America with Star Parker to talk about Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996. Does Big Tech use Section 230 to censor us?

In this brief clip, they discuss social media sites like Facebook calling themselves platforms (as opposed to publishers), which provides them with immunity to what their users post. Social media sites use this law to remove content. Watch the brief clip for more.
