Fairfax Public Schools Sued Over ‘Trans’ Policy — Officials Don’t Care That GIRLS are Uncomfortable

Concerned parents across America, it’s time to put pressure on school districts with “trans” policies, especially those in red states.

America First Legal (AFL), the non-profit legal firm filing all those complaints to the U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Commission against agencies and companies discriminating against people based on race and sex, has filed a lawsuit against the Fairfax County School Board on behalf of a female student.

Fairfax County Public Schools allows boys pretending to be girls to invade girls’ private spaces like restrooms and locker rooms and forces girls to lie and to participate in boys’ sexual fantasies.

Riley Gaines, a college swimmer who had to compete against a man calling himself Lia Thomas at the NCAA championships, is happy about the lawsuit. She stands up for girls and women.

“Good,” she said. “I think we need more lawsuits. The quickest way to make change is to hit them where it hurts….and that’s always the pockets.”

Under the “transgender” policy, if a boy is pretending to be a girl, every one must call him “her” and “she.” If you said in math class that 2+2=5, the teacher would tell you that’s the wrong answer.

And if the girls are uncomfortable changing in front of boys? It’s a personal problem. Officials bend over backward to accommodate the perverse but apparently care nothing about the girls who are afraid, offended, or uncomfortable sharing private spaces with males.

AFL said their client is a practicing Roman Catholic who has “sincerely held beliefs that govern her views about human nature, marriage, gender, sexuality, and other social issues. Accordingly, she believes that God creates each person as male or female; to reject one’s biological sex is to reject the image of God within that person.”

Any policy that requires individuals to lie about human sexuality or anything else is violating the individuals’s conscience or religious beliefs not to bear false witness or contradict what God says is true.

“Fairfax County Public Schools appears to believe that its policies and regulations can override the Virginia Constitution’s protections for religious beliefs, speech, and from government discrimination on the basis of sex and religious beliefs,” said Ian Prior, AFL senior legal advisor.

Prior added that it appears the school district won’t voluntarily comply with the constitution or Supreme Court rulings on religious freedom, “so it will be up to students and parents to enforce their rights through the courts. We are proud to help them do just that.”

We must stand with girls and women with the courage to push back against the “trans” agenda, which is a destructive, disruptive, life-destroying, and perverse scheme to indoctrinate and corrupt children while they demoralize the rest of us.
