Ken Blackwell on Trump’s Case Before the Supreme Court on PA Election Results

Ken Blackwell said the Trump team will make the case before the U.S. Supreme Court that only the state legislature of Pennsylvania can set the calendar and the rules of engagement for the voters, not the high court, or the governor, or “his political lackey, the Secretary of State.” They will allege that the government violated Article II of the U.S. Constitution.
