Leftists’ Fearmongering Over the Supreme Court’s Presidential Immunity Decision

The U.S. Supreme Court recently held that presidents have immunity from prosecution over official actions while in office. The Democrats are predicting wild scenarios if Donald Trump returns to the White House.

“Biden’s ultra-liberal nominee to the high court [Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson], who previously couldn’t tell senators the difference between a man and a woman, argued that the president could poison a Cabinet secretary rather than just remove him or her from office,” Star Parker said on Straight Arrow News. “Liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor alleged that a president could direct SEAL Team Six to murder a political opponent.”

Biden joined in.

Chief Justice John Roberts criticized Justice Sotomayor for her hyperbole and fearmongering.  But Star said that if Biden and Harris win in November “with a liberal Congress, they will use their hysteria to pack the Supreme Court with liberal justices.”

And we can’t afford that. The stakes are HIGH.
