Obama Administration: Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act ‘Disgraceful’

The Obama administration called the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, a bill that seeks to protect the voiceless and vulnerable unborn, “disgraceful”.

The House is set to vote today on the measure that would outlaw killing babies after 20 weeks, based on the idea that unborn babies at this stage might feel the pain of their deaths. President Barack Obama most likely will veto the bill if it lands on his desk.

Caving to abortion advocates, Republicans dropped the rape-exception that would have required women to report rapes to law enforcement.
