The Government Denied Lawmakers Oversight on Jan. 6 Detainees?

Why are Members of Congress barred access to the Jan. 6 detainees, especially when they suspect the detainees’ due process rights are being violated?

In a recent episode of Cure America with Star Parker, Rick Manning, President of Americans for Limited Government, said that we should be able to expect that “Members of Congress should be able to provide oversight into things that are actually covered by Congress.” To deny lawmakers the ability to do their jobs is to deny the American people the ability to have actual oversight and control over how their money is spent.
