It permanently extends the 2017 tax cuts, saving families $10,000 yearly. Provisions include a $2,200 Child Tax Credit, $5,000 adoption credit, exemptions for tips and overtime, and estate thresholds up to $30M—supporting 1.2% GDP growth.
Work requirements are added for welfare, Planned Parenthood is defunded one year, and scholarships and Opportunity Zones support school choice.
The bill invests $170.7B in border security. Though it raises the deficit $3T short-term, it’s framed as a long-term investment in national strength.
