Rebroadcast: Transgenderism v. Transformation — Watch CURE America with Star Parker

CURE America with Star Parker takes you back to 2021.

Originally published in April 2021.

Despite Governor Asa Hutchinson’s veto, the Arkansas legislature overwhelmingly overrode the veto to make Arkansas the nation’s first state to ban “gender affirming” medical treatment for minors including hormone therapy, puberty blockers, and surgery associated with gender identity.

The media is calling the debate over transgenderism the new “culture war.” But on this week’s episode of CURE America with Star Parker, we point out that this is just one more battle in the culture war that pits right vs. wrong and good vs. evil.

We are now living in a culture in which the objective, scientific reality of male and female, man and woman, is denied, despite the clarity of this reality in the words of the Bible and the chemical reality of the genetic code.

On the show, we discuss how Americans must speak out and call out evil and be willing to stand up to politicians — governors and legislators at both the national and state level who are caving to pressure from corporations and the LGBTQ community in this battle.

Pastor Tim Latiff, the head of CURE’s Clergy Center, also points out how we have to show compassion for those birthed with gender dysphoria while at the same time uphold traditional standards of right and wrong? Good and evil?

In the fight over good and evil, while we have been trying to fight it with traditional Christian views on marriage, family and life, the Left wants to cancel and erase God and everything rooted in the rule of law under God.

These are important questions that we discuss with Jon Schweppes, the Director of Policy and Government Affairs for the American Principles Project, and with our panel, which incudes Doreen Denny from Concerned Women for America, Brandon Showalter of The Christian Post, and Jonathan Alexandre of Liberty Counsel Action

The week’s episode of CURE America with Star Parker will be the first in a series on the topic of Transgenderism vs. Transformation.
