President Donald Trump gave a speech in Miami, Florida, on President’s Day about what’s happening in Venezuela. The country is an example of the failure of socialism, and the president spoke of freedom and how socialism has destroyed the country. President Trump said that will never happen to America.

The days of socialism and communism are numbered, the president said.

The president also urged Venezuela’s military to allow the people to receive international humanitarian aid.

Star Parker, founder and president of the Center for Urban Renewal and Education, said this:

“President Trump should get the Nobel Peace Prize for delivering this speech, and the speechwriter should get the Pulitzer! Every American living in poor communities and every person abroad living under a dictator or socialism should listen to this speech.”

She likened the speech President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg and Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speeches.
