Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida declared the “diversity, equity, and inclusion” experiment over in his state’s public institutions.
Now, the “pronoun” and-men-in-women’s bathrooms experiments are over, too.
“Florida students and teachers will no longer have to ‘declare’ their pronouns in school or be forced to use pronouns not based on biological sex,” the governor wrote on Twitter. “Our teachers will focus on what matters — reading, writing, and arithmetic.”
And no more mutilation of minors in Florida.
“With my signature, Florida permanently prohibits genital mutilating surgical procedures and experimental puberty blockers for minors. Minors given these procedures without their consent will now be able to recover damages for permanent injury or death caused by these medical experiments.”
Gov. DeSantis added this: “If you’re taking off the private parts of some 15-year-old kid, you should go to jail.”
Are you ready for more?
“Public bathrooms, changing rooms, and locker rooms in Florida will have separate facilities based on biological sex,” Gov. DeSantis wrote. “Our wives and daughters deserve protections from woke ideology run amok.”
